We are a small family run business in High Wycombe. Upsidedownauctions has been set up to help people to buy items for pennies or just a few pounds that would normally cost up to 100 times that amount.
We do this by reverse price auctions. Each auction will have a mimium number of bids needed before the auction ends. This is how we finance the website. If the item costs £50 we will end the auction when there has been 50 bids. As each bid costs £1, this pays for the item and makes it possible for you to win the item at such a small amount.
We will always ensure that the items on the website are top quality. Should you win an item that you decide you no longer want, we will buy the item back from you for 70% of the retail price.
This is better than it sounds, imagine winning a £200 games console for a lowest unique bid of 55p after placing just 5 bids on the item. This means the item has cost you £5.55 but if you no longer wanted it we would buy the item back from you for 70% of the items value which is £140, giving you £134.45 profit !
